Kelly T. Human
Kelly is an associate with the firm who focuses on residential real estate transactions, including reviewing title, performing real estate settlements, and drafting deeds and for sale by owner contracts.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Kelly relocated to Southern Maryland from Kentucky where she practiced real estate law, developing a specialty in 1031 tax exchanges, as well as teaching legal and real estate courses. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky and her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
Kelly is also an Associate Real Estate Broker who is active with various professional and philanthropic organizations around the region. She is a licensed yoga instructor, appreciates music (especially jazz), enjoys reading, tolerates running, and loves cheering on her three boys. Kelly, her husband and dogs, Etta and Louis, love being a part of the Southern Maryland community.
